PLAN AHEAD
Be sure to plan your event at least a month in advance so you have enough time to get it on as many people’s calendars as possible. Strategic timing helps, too- such as booking an event the night before a big game, or near the start of the school year to welcome parents and students back to school.

SPREAD THE NEWS!
If you build it, awareness that is, they will come… or something like that. Here are just a few promotional ideas that have proven useful in the past!

EPIC ENGAGEMENT!
Have PTA members, coaches, your school principal or a favorite teacher help greet guests in the restaurant the night of the event. Invite them to make an appearance as guest servers or food-runners.
